NOTICE:  Royal Auction Group Inc. will be hosting a Gov’t Surplus and Consignment Auction open to the Public on February 3rd, 2018. This auction will feature equipment from Local County and City Gov’ts throughout Southwest Florida. The local Governments include: City of Fort Lauderdale Lee County Fleet, Lee County Transit, Lee County Utilities, Pasco County Schools, Lee County School Board, City of Fort Myers,City of Cape Coral, Lee County Electric Cooperative, Desoto County Fleet, Desoto County School Board, City of Arcadia, and other local agencies. We will also be hosting assets from in-state and out of state companies that have contacted us to liquidate good quality assets within their own fleets


TIME: Saturday February 3rd, 2018:

  Ring 1: 9:00AM EST - Small Equipment, Recreational Vehicles, Building Supplies, New Attachments, and More       

 Ring 2: 9:30 AM EST - Equipment, Vehicles, Trucks and Trailers



LOCATION: The Feb. 3rd, 2018 Public Auction will be held at 6927 Alico Rd., Fort Myers. Off-site items list the location of where the item is at the time of sale, beneath the lot description.



CONDITIONS: All items are sold “as-is,” “where-is” with no warranty or guarantee expressed or implied for description, condition, or fitness for use. All opinions of condition are strictly to be used as guidelines. We do guarantee free and clear title to ownership with no liens or encumbrances whatsoever. All verbal or written announcements made during the sale or on the auction block, overwrite any printed descriptions or claims posted on catalog or any other marketing material. 



BUYERS PREMIUM: A 10% Buyers Premium will be charged to each purchased item or individual lot. 


SALES TAX: Lee County, FL requires us to collect a 6% sales tax on all items purchased, Tax Exemptions will be accepted after providing us with a current 2018 tax exemption form or agricultural exemption documents. 


INSPECTION: Items will be available for inspection beginning 2 days prior to the Saturday sale starting on Thursday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30, or sale day morning starting at 7:30 AM


SALE SITE DIRECTIONS: Alico Rd. From FL Interstate I-75, take exit 128 for Alico Rd, Head west on Alico rd for 2.7 miles Auction Yard Entrance on Indy Dr on right.


ONLINE BIDDING: Live internet bidding will be provided by Proxibid. Proxibid will require a 2% internet provider service fee that will be charged for each item purchased online. All interested internet bidders are required to register w/Proxibid 24 hours prior to the auction at www.proxibid.com/Royal or call 877-505-7770.


TERMS: Payment in full is required on sale day by cash, certified funds, or check with a bank letter of guarantee. Sample letter of guarantee: “We hereby guarantee the payment of our customer ___________ written on his account up to __________ dollars for purchases at your auction sale on ___________.” All guaranteed checks should be made payable to Royal Auction Group Inc. Wire transfers are acceptable if approved at time of registration and have a $10.00 wire transfer fee added to purchase. All major credit cards are accepted with a 3% surcharge added into the amount collected. Winning Internet Bidders are required to contact Royal Auction via email at sales@royalauctiongroup.com to arrange payment instructions on sale day. 


REMOVAL: After complete payment, all sale items may be removed on sale day as long as the removal activity is not disruptive to the sale and only until 5:00 PM. Items may also be removed Monday through Friday, February 5th - 9th, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Items must be removed no later than Friday Feb. 9th, 2018 at 2:00 PM. A $50/day Storage and transportation fee will incur if items are not removed by posted deadlines. Off-site sold items will have 10 business days to be completely removed. Pickup locations will be attached on bill of sale at time of checkout. If items are not picked up before the deadline set forth a $50 Dollar a day fine will be applied for each item remaining. 


AIRPORT: The area is serviced commercially and privately through Charlotte County Airport and Regional Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW)


Due to Safety and Insurance reasons, No One under the age of 16 is Permitted on the Auction Site while the sale is in progress.


Royal Auction Group is equipped with forklifts and lifting equipment to assist only in the loading of sold lots. In no way will Royal Auction Group or any of its employees be held responsible for any damages to such items during the loading process. It is solely the buyers responsibility to arrange for transportation and loading of purchased lots.
