First Time Bidders are required to put down a $1000 deposit (cash or credit card).

This deposit is refundable if you do not purchase anything.

*If you pay with a credit card there is a 3.5% processing fee.

You can register through any of these platforms:

First Time Bidders on our online auction platform are required to put down a $1000 deposit (cash or credit card). 

Proxibid & Equipmentfacts require a $1500 deposit.

This deposit is refundable if you do not purchase anything.

Once you are approved, you are able to bid in our auction! You can contact any of our offices for assistance with registration or approval.

Your In Person bidding number will not be the same as any of your Online bidding numbers. Those numbers do not cross over and are assigned separately.

Wire Fraud and email hacking/phishing attacks are increasing! If you receive ANY communications advising that Royal Auction Group’s payment instructions have changed and requesting that you wire money to an account other than the account identified here, DO NOT RESPOND!

Please immediately call your sales associate, previously known contact information or a company phone number found on our website. Any payment instructions should not be accepted via e-mail alone, but independently verified by phone.

How To Pay For Your Purchases

Royal Auction Group accepts wire transfers, certified bank checks, company, and personal checks (5 business day hold) when accompanied with a valid form of identification and all major credit cards except American Express up to $5,000 per customer per sale with a 3.5% convenience fee.

If you are an international buyer, a payment in full via wire transfer directly from your bank account to Royal Auction Group’s bank account will be required. No international checks will be accepted.

Verify your method of payment by reviewing the “terms and conditions” of the specific auction you plan to participate in. Payment methods and conditions vary because of State and Local regulations.
To help us identify your payment, please include your invoice number with all payments.

BUYING FAQs

Proxibid is the most trusted online Marketplace. Their platform requires more information than other e-commerce sites you may frequently visit. This information is used to validate your identity and keep you safe when buying in their Marketplace. All your personal information is protected and credit card data is encrypted and never shared. 

Yes, the same as on-site. A $500 deposit is required for first time bidders. This deposit is refundable if no bids were won. 

Cash or credit cards are accepted for deposits. There is a 3% Processing fee if you chose to pay with a credit card. 

A document administration fee will apply to all titled lots.

Inspections are always the Wednesday and Thursday before our auctions. Our hours are from 9am-5pm, just stop by the front office to let our staff know you are here! 

Yes! You will need to check into our front office to receive your on-site bidding number. (Your online and on-site bidding number will be different.)

You may pick up your items when they are paid in full, the Monday after the auction. 

Payment in full is required the Tuesday following auction day by 5 P.M. Acceptable forms of payment are: cash, credit card, certified funds, or check with a bank letter of guarantee. 

Asset removal is required 10 business days after auction before storage fee start to acquire.
