Step One

BRING ASSET, KEYS & TITLE TO OUR LOT

The title must be in your name/your company’s name in order to sell your asset.

Come on into the front office and we’ll get you started!

Step TWO

COMPLETE CONSIGNOR AGREEMENT

Fill out & Sign our consignor agreement & consignor addendum in the front office.

We take 10% of the highest bid, and send you a check for the rest 21 days after the auction.


Step THREE

CHECK ITEM IN WITH OUR YARD STAFF

After you fill out your paperwork in the front office, you will bring your asset to the theatre ramp for the yard staff to check-in your vehicle.

Before submitting paperwork, please make sure you have a clean title ready to present to our team.

Step FOUR

COLLECT YOUR CONSIGNOR CHECK

Consignor Checks will be ready 21 days after the auction.

You can pick them up, or have them mailed to you!

We take 10% of the highest bid, and send you a check for the rest!

Consignor checks will be available 21 days after the auction. Our front office will call you when we are ready with the check. 

If you consign with us, your items will be advertised on Proxibid, EquipmentFacts, (Worldwide Auction Platforms) Social Media, and Email Marketing to over 15,000 contacts. 

Consigning with Royal is easy! All items that require a title must be turned into the office at drop-off, along with a signed consignment agreement.
